What's Happening

Journal Entry: Thu Mar 13, 2014, 10:22 AM

Hi all,

With my flu out of the way, I'd like to discuss my art plans for the year.

First, Velharthis has restarted with chapter three. I had a pretty slow start in 2013. I'm not posting as many pages as I'd like, but it's better than nothing. I'd love to reach a point where I'm updating every weekday. For now, I do what I can.

Queen of Hearts restarts on April 21 with a new 32 page story!

I mentioned before that my comic, King Thrushbeard, is currently running over at Erstwhile.  There are a ton of comics there already, if you haven't been, all adaptations of lesser known Grimm fairytales.  It will be running until June (a whole season away!)

I am attending Anime North in Toronto, which runs May 23-25th.  I will be in the Comic Market. My table location should be available around the first week of May.  Closer to the date I will announce new prints and other stuff.  One thing I do plan to have is volume 6 of my Legend of Zelda fancomic series, The Dark Mirror. I would really like to complete this series by next year.  I will be selling off any remaining volumes of my other Zelda series (the one based off Twilight Princess), as it was completed last year and I plan to start posting it online.

I have completed cleaning out my gallery here. I would like to start posting new stuff to Tumblr as well, but I wouldn't move over completely, as I have a paid account here for the next... several years. I do see Tumblr as more artist-friendly than Deviantart, but then again it might be because Deviantart was born in a different time, when expectations were much lower.
